Oregon Family to Family Health Information Center/ Familia a Familia
We provide peer support to families navigating all of the systems that come with having a child with special health needs. We also provide information and emotional support for families. We are federally funding so all trainings, events, materials, and supports are free. We will also be sharing about HERO kids- Free voluntary registry allowing parents to share needful medical information to Ambulance and ER personnel ahead of a medical emergency.
